Studio Policies
Please review the following policies carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these studio policies.
Deposits
- Full Sets require a $50 non-refundable deposit applied to your total.
- Fills require a $25 non-refundable deposit applied to your total.
- Deposits are transferable once with 48 hours notice.
- Rebooking after a cancellation, reschedule outside the policy window, or late arrival requires a new deposit.
- Deposits are accepted via CashApp, Venmo, or card. Transactions processed through CashApp, Venmo, or card require an additional $2 processing fee.
Cancellations
- If cancellations or reschedules need to be made, they must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Changes made less than 24 hours result in loss of deposit ($25 for fills / $50 for full sets).
- Same-day changes result in a 50% charge of the appointment total.
Late Arrivals
- There is a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.
- If there is available time to continue after your scheduled start time, a new deposit is required to proceed ($25 for fills / $50 for full sets).
Studio Details
- No guests unless being serviced in a back-to-back manner.
- No kids.
- After-hours and convenience fees are $35.
- No refunds. A 48-hour grace period is available for a minor lash touch-up if needed.
No-Shows
- No‑shows will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service total.
- Future appointments cannot be scheduled until the outstanding balance has been paid.
